Voters may select up to three school trustee candidates on the election ballot.

This ward is in the far west part of Winnipeg, and includes the Kirkfield, Westwood, Glendale, Buchanan, and Assiniboia Downs neighbourhoods. It also includes the Crestview neighbourhood to the west of Cavalier Drive. Prior to the 2018 civic election, this ward was represented (in alphabetical order) by Bruce Chegus, Sandy Lethbridge, and Cheryl Smukowich.
